Understanding Suspended and Terminated

Our goal is to ensure uninterrupted service while maintaining a secure and reliable hosting environment.

This article outlines the procedures and options available when an account faces suspension or termination due to overdue payments.

Overview

As all services are pre-paid when invoices remain unpaid, your service will be suspended and naturally will subsequently be terminated.

This article explains the steps taken upon overdue payments, the reactivation process, and the implications of service termination.

Reactivation of a suspended service is free of charge of course, but note that this process differs slightly based on the type of service:

  • VPS and Shared Hosting: These services are reactivated automatically and instantly upon receipt of payment.
  • Dedicated Server: For dedicated servers, please submit a support ticket immediately after payment. This will help our team prioritize the reactivation process and restore your service as soon as possible.

Termination Policy

From the date of suspension notification, you have 14 days to resolve the overdue payment.

If the balance remains unpaid after this period, the following actions will be taken:

  • Automatic Termination: Your service will be permanently terminated.
  • Data Deletion: All associated data will be permanently deleted upon termination.

Data Recovery Option

In rare cases, if your service is terminated, we may be able to restore your data. Please note the following:

  • Restoration Fee: A fee of 99 EUR per recovery will be imposed due to the manual effort required to restore your account.
  • Service-Specific Note: For VPS and dedicated server recoveries, we cannot guarantee that the original IP address will be preserved.
  • No Guarantee: Data restoration is not guaranteed and is subject to a detailed review by our team.

If your service is now terminated, and your data has not been backed up, and you need us to attempt and recover your Dedicated server, VPS or Shared hosting - please open a ticket acknowledging this fee and explicitly agreeing to it so we can move fast in confirming if the backup is available so you can pay the fee and recover your data.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket via our Support Portal.
