Yes we do allow TOR nodes (also exit nodes) and VPN but we recommend because of high traffic usage to use our dedicated server offer for this.
You can run this also on a VPS but please keep in mind that our Traffic Flat is fair use and on heavy usage we may suspend your VPS.
