I lost my support account logindata

Please make sure you have your password backuped and safely stored and also add a security question to make sure you can restore your password yourself.

We also recommend to use 2Factor auth. Make sure you store the 2fa backup code safe, we don't disable 2fa on request. If you loose 2fa and backup code your account is lost.

We do not restore any support account passwords, if you lost access there is nothing we can do for you. This also means you lost access to your services with us.

This is a security mechanism to make sure accounts wont be taken over by third party,
