In a nutshell, yes we can!
There are a few rules though for how and in which cases and what is exactly included in this migration/transfer.
- The provider you are transferring from has to be using CPanel as well.
- We will only provide the migration if they are also using the latest version of CPanel - older versions are not compatible.
- Previous to the migration start you must be assured that you purchase a Shared hosting account from us that has higher limits with at least 20% of storage extra than the size of your current account at the provider you are transferring from.
- It is also important to be sure that we do have the PHP version you need and all the extensions your app needs, if you don't find this information on your CPanel account, feel free to contact our Support.
- This migration includes only transferring the CPanel account from their servers to our servers - Any toubleshooting is not included after the migration of the entire account.
- Transferring the CPanel account means: Complete and TOTAL migration of the entire account, we are not able to migrate only one or two websites or only emails etc. - This means that if you wish only to migrate a wordpress for example, this is not recommended.
