On 7 OCT 2026, at 7:00 AM to 15:00 PM UTC, we will be performing a careful maintenance of our entire client area and billing platform, https://billing.flokinet.is together with our main website https://flokinet.is which will be offline during maintenance.
All services: VPS, dedicated servers, shared hosting, colocation, ddos protection, etc. will continue to remain online, we will continue to monitor to ensure they are operational during this period.
During this maintenance window, functions that will be unavailable:
- Logging in to the client area
- Opening or replying to tickets.
- Viewing and paying invoices.
- Ordering new services, upgrades, renewals and cancellations.
- Managing services through the client area VPS and Dedicated Servers: power controls, remote console and reinstall function.
- Domain related functions: Change nameservers, Lock control, etc.
- Single sign-on from the client area into cPanel, use your username and password.
- Access to knowledgebase, announcements and network status pages.
Before the maintenance we recommend:
- Pay any invoice that falls due around 10 days before 7th of OCT, to avoid inconvenience with suspending services.
- Note down anything you may need from the client area or the knowledgebase during the window, such as IPs and credentials.
Billing: If your invoice receives a late fee due to the maintenance, contact us and we will remove it. No payment will be lost, payments will be processed once the platform is back.
Important: We will never ask for your password, two-factor codes or payment details by email. Due to the nature of our service, where we require minimal data, we are not able to verify your account and service ownership, so please keep in mind that our capacity to assist will be very limited during these hours but we will do our best to minimize inconveniences to the possible extent.
Our support team is still available for any questions via ticket prior to the maintenance window and at info@flokinet.is for urgent requests and downtime messages, during the maintenance window.
