Please make sure you have your password backuped and safely stored and also add a security question to make sure you can restore your password yourself.
We also recommend using two-factor authentication. Make sure you store the 2FA backup code safely, as we do not disable 2FA on request.
If you lose 2FA and the backup code, you will lose access to your account.
We do not restore any support account passwords, if you lost access there is nothing we can do for you.
This also means you lost access to your services with us.
This is a security mechanism to make sure accounts wont be taken over by third party,
