1. Eligibility
This promotion applies only to new VPS (Virtual Private Server) orders. Existing customers may use this promotion when placing additional new VPS orders. There is no limit on the number of qualifying new VPS orders per customer, subject to these terms and our applicable policies.
This promotion is available only for qualifying VPS services provisioned in Romania, Finland, the Netherlands, and Iceland.
To receive the promotion, the promo code SPRINGSALE20 must be entered at checkout.
The order must be placed and paid during the campaign period stated below.
2. Campaign period
This promotion is valid for qualifying orders placed and paid between 7 April 2025 - 7 May 2025, unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with section 6.
3. Discount structure
A 20% discount will be applied to the standard retail price of the qualifying VPS plan.
The discount applies to:
- the initial invoice;
- renewal invoices for the same service, provided the service remains eligible under these terms;
- eligible VPS resource options selected during the initial checkout process, including options such as additional RAM, CPU, storage, or similar infrastructure resources where available.
The discount does not apply to:
- software licenses;
- managed services;
- taxes, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges;
- any non-eligible add-ons or services outside the qualifying VPS order.
The discount is applied to the pre-tax retail price. Any applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes will be calculated after the discount is applied.
This promotion applies to all available billing cycles for qualifying VPS plans.
4. Expiration of discount / loss of eligibilit
The discount will remain applied only for as long as the original VPS service remains active and unchanged, and only while the standard retail price of the applicable plan remains unchanged.
The discount will end immediately and will no longer apply if any of the following occurs:
- Base price change: if the standard retail price of the applicable VPS plan is changed, the promotion will end for that service. Any public price change notice will state how promotions are affected. Any price increase will be communicated at least 30 days before it takes effect. After such change takes effect, future invoices will be issued at the then-current standard retail price, unless otherwise stated in the price change notice.
- Service modification: the discount applies only to the original VPS plan, billing term, location, and eligible checkout configuration selected at the time of purchase. Any post-purchase change, including but not limited to an upgrade, downgrade, migration, billing-cycle change, or other service modification, will end the discount. From that point onward, the service will be billed at the then-current standard retail price.
- Ineligibility or policy breach: the discount will end if the associated service is suspended, terminated, cancelled, or found to be in breach of these terms or any applicable company policy.
5. General limitations
This promotion:
- applies only to new VPS orders and cannot be applied to existing services;
- cannot be transferred from one service to another;
- cannot be applied to other product categories, including but not limited to Dedicated Servers, Shared Hosting, or other services;
- cannot be combined with any other active promotion, custom quotation, account-specific pricing, or loyalty pricing.
This promotion may not be used to replace, renew, recreate, or replicate an existing service for the purpose of obtaining discounted pricing. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an order is intended to circumvent these terms, including through cancellation and re-ordering of the same or substantially similar service.
All purchases made under this promotion are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation of the service does not entitle the customer to any refund, credit, reinstatement of the promotion, or transfer of the promotion to another service.
6. Abuse, fraud, and policy enforcement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, terminate, or cancel any service or promotional discount associated with this campaign where we detect abuse, fraud, bad-faith use, duplicate or linked accounts used to circumvent these terms, payment abuse, charge-back risk, service rotation, or any violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policy.
In such cases, the service and the associated promotion may be cancelled immediately, without refund, credit, or compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Right to modify or withdraw
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw the SPRINGSALE20 campaign for new orders at any time. Any such change will not restore, preserve, or extend eligibility where the discount has already ended under these terms.
